Hi, I’m Rylie. My absolute JAM is pondering the intersectionality of art, society, spirituality, and wellness. I could spend hours analyzing a poem, listening to countless podcasts about regenerative agriculture (shout out to Point of Origin), learning about the Tao Te Ching and its relevance to ancient Chinese culture, or making recipes that nourish the brain and body. 

I love the idea of EXPANSION. How can we expand ourselves, open ourselves up to new ideas and the world, and let our experiences guide us with radical love, so that, in turn, we can create a shift in how we as humans live? How can we slow down and be present? What types of conversations can we have to empower others to do the same? How does experience play into this?
